Sourdough game is back on track and better than ever! Have been using various (organic and non) bread flours to make sourdough over the last 6 years but recently really struggled to get the same results in my loaves and even starter (with a non branded organic bread flour). Wondered if my results were related to the type of flour I was using… and Whoa what a difference! My bread is the best it’s ever been! Completely converted 😊 and very happy!

I add 20% Khorasan to the dough for a white loaf. It adds flavour and some fibre without affecting the rise or texture.
Khorasan also makes an excellent wholemeal loaf.
